Kudamatsu Kasadojima Island Trail 2027
Uses the whole of Kasado Island in Setonaikai National Park, Kudamatsu, Yamaguchi. From Kokumin-shukusha Ojo, the course takes in hills such as Suribachi-yama and Takatsubo-yama, the indented coastline known as 'seven bays, seven capes', a boardwalk over the sea and the island's shipyards.
The course tops out at 254 m (low point 0 m). Only about 30% is gentle (under 5% grade); most of it is climbing or descending. The median finish was about 5 h.
