A ~33.7 km loop from the Ya-Shi Park seaside station in Yasu, Konan, Kochi: from Tei harbour over Mt. Omine, Hanoo Pass and the Okama falls to the Hase-dera Kannon hall, then down the old salt road back to the sea. It follows historic paths linking mountains and coast, with about 1,320 m of gain and 2 ITRA points.
