The ~28 km course (about 1,070 m D+) of the Okuhida Trail Run, looping the trails around Mt. Nagare from the Hida Nagareha ski area in Hida, Gifu. 300 places per course; the top three men and women are awarded.

The course tops out at 1,422 m (low point 740 m). There are 2 big climbs: 678 m around 0–9 km; 314 m around 15–22 km. Only about 30% is gentle (under 5% grade); most of it is climbing or descending.
