The ~24 km course (about 1,600 m D+) of the Rokko Jusou Trail Run, from Suma-ura Park in Kobe along the Rokko traverse to Kikuseidai on Mt. Maya. There are no placing awards; finishers receive a time certificate.
The course tops out at 693 m (low point 33 m). There are 2 big climbs: 388 m around 11–16 km; 448 m around 20–24 km. Only about 20% is gentle (under 5% grade); most of it is climbing or descending.
