The 22 km long course of Shodai Adventure Mountain, looping Mt. Shodai (Tsutsugatake, 501 m) on the Tamana–Arao border in Kumamoto from the Rengein Tanjoji Okunoin temple. Short, but with about 1,700 m of steep climbing and descending.
