The 14 km, ±1,200 m intermediate category of the Uonuma Skyrun, looping from Hibiki no Mori Park in Uonuma, Niigata over Dairiki-yama, Kurohage no Kashira, Koma no Kashira, Toya no Kashira and Narukura-yama. Open to junior-high age and up, it hosts the JSA national SKY Youth A/B championship.
The course tops out at 755 m (low point 121 m). The main climb comes right from the start: 628 m around 0–6 km. Only about 30% is gentle (under 5% grade); most of it is climbing or descending.
