A late-autumn trail race run by Kita-Shinano Trail Freaks (KTF) that starts at Zozan Shrine in Matsushiro, Nagano City, and finishes at the Matsushiro Castle ruins. The 36 km category links the low ridges of Mt. Zozan, Mt. Kyodai, Mt. Gorigamine, Mt. Ariake, Mt. Amagi and Mt. Saijo before returning to the old castle town. There are three aid stations: the Kyodaisan trailhead, Shinano-no-Sato Fureai Park and the Saijosan car park.
The course tops out at 1,261 m (low point 350 m). There are 2 big climbs: 904 m around 0–8 km; 328 m around 24–28 km. Only about 30% is gentle (under 5% grade); most of it is climbing or descending. In 2025, 88% of starters finished. The median finish was about 6 h.
